The Property Technical Advisory team is made up of a Chartered Property Administrator, a member of the Illustrious College of Property Administrators of Hueva and highly qualified personnel, with extensive experience in the management of Owner Communities.

MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT

• Periodic inspection of the facilities of the  Community of Owners.
• Preparation and presentation to the Board of Directors of periodic incident reports.
• Request for budgets according to the required interventions.
• Supervision and control of contracted services and works.
• Advice for carrying out energy audits
• Advice for the preparation of adaptation reports to I.E.E
